Ghost-Link V2 Warranty

What is covered

Every Ghost-Link V2 ships with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including the device body, sensors, electronics, and battery module.

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, accidental drops beyond rated limits, or liquid damage outside IP67 conditions.
• Unauthorised modification, disassembly, or repair.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scuffs.
• Loss or theft of the device.
• Data recovery from a damaged or lost memory card.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We’ll arrange a return. If the defect is covered, we’ll repair or replace the unit free of charge. You may be asked to cover shipping for returns outside Australia.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies, this warranty does not limit your remedies.
