Parapunk Refund & Return Policy

Effective: 5 August 2026

Parapunk is a product of Tech Cave (ABN 62 992 428 919). This policy covers returns and refunds for hardware purchases.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Ghost-Link V2, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Refund process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund to your original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days.

Who pays shipping?

• Defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: you cover return shipping within Australia. International returns are at the buyer’s cost.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See also the 12-month warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
