Parapunk Privacy Policy

Parapunk is a product of Tech Cave (ABN 62 992 428 919). This policy covers how we handle your personal data when you purchase or use Parapunk products.

The short version

• Your investigation data stays on your device. The Ghost-Link V2 does not upload captures to any server.
• We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, email, shipping address.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
• We do not sell your data.

Information we collect

Order data

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. This is used solely to process and ship your order.

Payment data via Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment details on its PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. We receive from Stripe only the information needed to fulfil your order. Your payment data is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Device data

The Ghost-Link V2 stores all captured data locally on encrypted microSD cards. No data is transmitted to Tech Cave servers unless you explicitly choose to sync to a service you control.

What we never do

• We never access your investigation captures.
• We never build advertising or behavioural profiles.
• We never sell or rent your personal data.

Data retention

Order data is retained for the period required by Australian tax and consumer law (7 years). After that, it is securely deleted. Device data is never stored by us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
