Parapunk Terms of Sale

Effective: 5 August 2026

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of Parapunk hardware from Tech Cave (ABN 62 992 428 919). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
• Product specifications may evolve; the description at the time of your order governs.

Orders & payment

• Orders are confirmed when we accept your payment via Stripe.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including suspected fraud.
• Pre-orders are billed at time of purchase; delivery follows production batches.

Shipping & delivery

• Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We retain title until payment is received in full.
• If an item is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Cave’s total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
