2. Accounts and API keys

You remain responsible for the content you send to and receive from ShadowGate, and for ensuring it complies with the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the stated amount each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Usage and overages

Each plan includes a monthly request allowance. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at the published rate. You can set a hard monthly cap. We may throttle or suspend service if your usage is abusive or exceeds agreed limits.

6. Privacy and data

ShadowGate logs metadata only and does not retain the content of your requests or responses. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

ShadowGate software, documentation and branding are owned by or licensed to Tech Cave. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and its documentation for your own internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and the current period remains active until its end. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
