• All prices in AUD, exclusive of GST where applicable.
• Billing: recurring monthly via Stripe. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — see our Privacy Policy.
• Overages: requests beyond your plan’s monthly allowance are billed at usage rates published in your dashboard. You can set a hard monthly cap to avoid surprises.
• Cancellation: cancel any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy.
• No data retention: prompts and responses are never stored on any plan.

Can I start with a free trial?

Yes — contact us to activate a trial of the Pro plan. We’re a small team and set up trials manually.

Do you store my prompts or outputs?

No. ShadowGate logs metadata only (timestamps, model, usage counts) for billing and operations. Content is never persisted or profiled.

Which models can I access?

Pro and Enterprise include both cloud and local model providers through a single interface. Contact us for the current provider list.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; you’re billed pro-rata for the difference on change.
